Vivien Beauty Studio provides the following services:
All service bookings require a non-refundable deposit of S$50 to confirm the appointment. The deposit will be deducted from the total service fee. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment will forfeit the deposit.
All product purchases are final. We accept payment via PayNow and credit card (processed by Stripe). Prices are listed in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and are inclusive of GST where applicable.
Product orders will be confirmed via WhatsApp after payment verification. Delivery arrangements will be communicated directly with the customer. Self-collection at our studio is also available.
Due to hygiene reasons, makeup brushes and tools are non-returnable and non-refundable once delivered. Defective items may be exchanged within 7 days of receipt with proof of purchase.
All content on this website, including images, text, logos, and designs, are the intellectual property of Vivien Beauty Studio and may not be reproduced without written permission.
Vivien Beauty Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or products.
